The Old Warehouse, known for being one of the oldest historic warehouses in the Yakima Valley, now serves as Washington's most unique and interesting home for your special event. The warehouse was built in the late 1920's to house Perham Fruit Company. The warehouse retains its "rugged" and "authentic" northwest feel.

CCA banquet  at The Old Warehouse main event room September 19th, 2009
 
The Yakima Valley CCA chapter decided to move our banquet to Zillah this year and thanks to Scott and Kathryn and the people in Zillah it was a huge success. The Old Furniture Warehouse has character that was a natural tie in for our outdoor enthusiasts. In fact it went so well I'm sure there will be many other banquets such as ours in Zillah in the future.  I dont think we could have found a better group of people or a better location in the valley to have our banquet. Looking forward to 2010. Thanks for great memories.

For nine years, we have been transforming the eighty year old warehouse into the northwest most unique event center, loft and warehouse. Enjoy the 4,000 sq. ft. deck with bult in water features.

 

The warehouse is conveniently located in downtown Zillah, just off exit 52 and 54 off I-82 fifteen miles east of Yakima, and fifty miles west of the Tri Cities. Take a tour of the local wineries and learn about the wine making progress. Over twenty wineries located just a few miles from The Old Warehouse and several others in the valley.

EXCLUSIVE FULL-EVENT CENTER RENTALS INCLUDES ARE TWO EVENT ROOMS, DECK
Includes main event room, attached east event room, and deck. Event days are charged at $3,000.00 per day, set-up and/or dismantle days charged at $400.00 each. Contact Scott Sandstedt for more information.
 
PAYMENT
There is a $300.00 non-refundable deposit required to hold event date. This deposit is applied to the total facility rental fee. Fifty percent (50%) of the balance is due 30 days from date of rental agreement and is non-refundable should Renter cancel the agreement. Remaining balance is due ten (10) days prior to the event date. A security deposit will be charged and is non-refundable.
 
RENTAL DAY
Facility rental day: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. For large events with cover charge or food & beverage service aditional charges.
 
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
All users of the Old Warehouse Events Center must provide a certificate of insurance. 
 
OTHER INFORMATION
* All indoor facilities have a “NO SMOKING” policy.
* All events are subject to approval by The Old Warehouse Management. * All security deposits * *
requirements are required on all events.
